EVENTWISE AND BLASTFRONT TECHNOLOGIES LLC DO NOT PROVIDE SECURITY SERVICES, SECURITY CONSULTING, OR ANY GUARANTEE OF PERSONAL SAFETY OR EVENT SECURITY. The reports, assessments, recommendations, protocols, and all other content generated by EventWise are for informational and planning purposes only and do not constitute professional security advice.
ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN ANY EVENTWISE REPORT MUST BE INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED BY QUALIFIED, LICENSED SECURITY PROFESSIONALS BEFORE IMPLEMENTATION. No mitigation recommendation, infrastructure data, emergency response time estimate, or threat assessment should be acted upon without independent professional verification.
BLASTFRONT TECHNOLOGIES LLC ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY SECURITY INCIDENT, INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER HARM ARISING FROM THE USE OF, RELIANCE UPON, OR IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY INFORMATION, RECOMMENDATION, OR ASSESSMENT GENERATED BY EVENTWISE.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EventWise ("the Service"), operated by BlastFront Technologies LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BlastFront Technologies LLC. Your use of the Service following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Nature of the Service — Informational Use Only
EventWise is an automated report generation platform that produces operational planning documents based on user-provided intake data, publicly available open-source data, and pre-compiled protocol databases. The Service is designed as a planning and reference tool only.
The Service does NOT:
- Provide licensed security consulting services
- Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information provided
- Constitute a substitute for qualified, licensed security professionals
- Guarantee the safety or security of any event, venue, or person
- Provide real-time threat intelligence or law enforcement information
- Replace pre-event advance surveys, physical security assessments, or professional security planning
3. Independent Verification Requirement
ALL information contained in any EventWise report, including but not limited to:
- Emergency infrastructure locations, addresses, phone numbers, and response times
- Hospital trauma levels and operational status
- Police station and fire station locations and contact information
- Evacuation routes and egress corridors
- Risk scores, threat level classifications, and mitigation recommendations
- Communications plans and frequency information
- Any data sourced from OpenStreetMap, Overpass API, or any third-party source
MUST BE INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED by qualified security professionals prior to any event. Facility operational status, addresses, and emergency response capabilities change frequently. EventWise data reflects publicly available information at the time of report generation and may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLASTFRONT TECHNOLOGIES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Death, personal injury, or bodily harm of any kind
- Security incidents, attacks, threats, or criminal acts at any event
- Property damage or loss
- Financial loss arising from reliance on report content
- Failure of any mitigation recommendation to prevent harm
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated infrastructure data
- Errors in risk scoring, threat classification, or assessment methodology
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if BlastFront Technologies LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the specific report giving rise to the claim.
5. No Warranty
THE SERVICE AND ALL REPORTS GENERATED THEREBY ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
BlastFront Technologies LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any report content
- Warranties that the Service will meet your specific requirements
- Warranties that defects will be corrected
6. Qualified User Requirement
The Service is intended for use exclusively by licensed, qualified security professionals who possess the training, credentials, and judgment to critically evaluate, verify, and appropriately implement security planning information.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified security professional or are working under the direct supervision of one, and that you possess the professional competence to independently evaluate all report content before any implementation.
Use of the Service by unqualified individuals who lack the professional judgment to critically assess the information provided is strictly prohibited and done entirely at your own risk.
7. Data Accuracy and Currency Disclaimer
Emergency infrastructure data (hospitals, police stations, fire stations, helipads) is sourced from OpenStreetMap and the Overpass API, which are community-maintained databases. This data may be:
- Outdated, reflecting facilities that have closed, moved, or changed designation
- Incomplete, omitting relevant facilities in the search radius
- Inaccurate, with incorrect addresses, phone numbers, or trauma level designations
- Subject to real-time changes not reflected in the database
Drive time and distance estimates are approximations only and do not account for traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or other real-world variables affecting emergency response.
You must independently verify ALL facility information by direct contact with the facilities prior to each event.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BlastFront Technologies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of or reliance upon the Service or any report content
- Implementation of any recommendation contained in any report
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Any event security incident at an event for which you used the Service
9. Payment Terms
EventWise operates on a pay-per-report model. Payment of the stated fee grants you a one-time, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the generated report for its stated purpose.
All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately deliverable nature of the reports, no refunds are offered once a report has been downloaded. If you experience a technical failure preventing delivery, contact us within 48 hours.
Payments are processed by Stripe. BlastFront Technologies LLC does not store payment card information.
10. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Plan, facilitate, or support any illegal activity
- Conduct unauthorized security assessments of venues or facilities
- Systematically scrape, reproduce, or redistribute report content
- Attempt to circumvent payment requirements
- Use automated scripts to abuse the platform or its APIs
- Represent EventWise reports as official government, law enforcement, or licensed security assessments
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Colorado. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
12. Changes to Terms
BlastFront Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
